It chokes me up every time I see it. I have never shed more tears over a confession of love than I did over this scene. Nathan has such a gift for genuine emotion. None of it felt forced. None of it felt overacted or out-of-character. This was simply Richard Castle laying all of his cards on the table and crumbling from the inside out as he realizes that might not be enough to keep the woman he loves from destroying herself and the future they could have had.  The comments. Now I’m crying about it all over again. This is a man, in love…and nothing else. The pure vulnerability is what gets me. This was, hands down, my favorite scene. My god, Nathan nailed it!
